For an experience that fulfils all senses, we have put special thought into the cuisine that Il Paese offers. We have
worked tightly with the internationally acclaimed Chef, Angelo Fabozzo, so that our menu will bring something
unique and carefully curated, where the ambiance and food merge together.
As a pop-up Chef, Angelo tailors our menu to ensure that every changing season the food will
bring out the absolute finest tastes of the fresh, local ingredients, most coming from our very
own farm!
FROM FARM TO TABLE
Our little farm started with one principle, the enjoyment of good food and the nature that surrounds us. Every product that is provided from the Il Paese Farm is a labour of love, where pride is taken in putting quality, nourishing food on the tables we feed.
This has allowed us to supply our restaurant and the surrounding area with quality seasonal vegetables, poultry, dairy products, and much more!
Our Farm, has allowed us to produce nourishing dairy products which are always fresh, additive free, and completely natural; allowing peace of mind with every bite.
